Math and games if combined together can improve your child's learning habit. Games can make learning math fun, exciting and engaging. They can offer a lot of benefits not only to improve but also to make the learning not very stressful and tedious. Lost in their favorite gizmos, today's kids are devoid of the fun learning aspect offered by preschool worksheets. For generations, worksheets for kids have been used by educators to develop logical, lingual, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. It is a proven fact that children learn quickly in their formative years than at any time in their life.
What are the three primary steps I need to take to reach this goal? At this point you simply synthesize all the points from the previous step into the three logical big steps that will get you to your destination. For instance, back to the fitness scenario, the steps might be to establish a better eating-out routine, to join a fitness club, and to work out three times a week. Which habits (daily, weekly, monthly) do I need to establish to reach my goal? Don't miss the power of this step! Every big goal requires new habits if we are to get there, a new routine in some small or great way, usually on the daily and weekly level. Our lives really are simply the sum total of our habits. We change our lives primarily by changing our habits.
What are the obstacles between me and my goal? If there were no barriers, you'd be there already! So, why aren't you? Perhaps you have to eat out a lot due to your job, and it's hard to eat healthy meals away from home. Maybe you were pushed into a sedentary lifestyle due to an injury. Likely, your schedule is such that it is very difficult to find time for exercise. Write down every obstacle you can think of, big or small. What is the primary constraint, the one barrier which if removed would immediately move me toward my goal? From all the barriers you identified in Step 3, pick the most significant one. This will help you prioritize how you go about reaching your goal.
Working in Groups : Group projects are tons of fun for students. It allows them to talk and discuss their answers with peers. If there is a worksheet assignment, for example, let the students work in groups of 3 or 4. Not only will they enjoy the change of pace, but they will also learn from each other. Group learning kills two birds with one stone. School Day Variety : No school day is fun if the routine is the same day in and day out. Change the schedule and add variety to your class. Students love to try new things. Have them complete worksheets one day, and the next day have an outdoor study session. Videos also make for wonderful variety. They allow students to take a break from the traditional school day. There is nothing like a little fun to get a child to learn. Incorporating fun into the school day not only makes you a great teacher, but also encourages knowledge comprehension.
